You can prevent eye strain by making the contrast of your screen on your mobile phone or laptop by going on to your setting and making the screen appear less bright too look at because the brightness on your phone, laptop is the reason for eye strain as you are constantly looking at the screen. Instead of texting people you could go out and socialise with friends and family instead of communicating through your phone or laptop which could make you gain weight if you was to go out you are likely to lose weight because you are walking around the neighbourhood you live at. Some People on social networking sites use false imagery to protect themselves from people such as paedophiles and people that would harm them in ways. But some people abuse the fact that there is imagery on Google and different sites like that were you can get pictures from  some people would use illegal imagery such as pornographic pictures which is against the law and shouldn’t be put on to social networking sites. You can protect your devices that you own buy securing your phone with a password so that if someone tries to access your mobile phone or laptop then they cant. You have also got to back up the data that is placed on your laptop or phone by saving your work Farley before turning your laptop or mobile phone device off. You have to be careful on the music you get on to your device as you can get copy rights which are illegal as people work hard on there music for them to be copied easy there is also data protection that is put on to computers or phones to keep certian things that no one else should know about safe such as doctors they keep medical stuff confidential and have a certian protection that keep things safe away from other people that don't need to know about private stuff data protection is also in schools and they cannot give you personal information to other people out side of the school it stays in the school base, and they keep information safe, it is on laptops or computers when you sign on to them with your password, this is good because it keep stuff safe that you don't want people knowing about as it could be important and you wouldn't want other people finding out this could also cause people to be unprotected around there area this stops people to not hack in to a certian account to find out private information about them. this is called the data protection act. because it makes stuff more safe for people.
